Healthcare Insurance and Healthcare Bills

I have over twenty years experience in the medical billing, coding, auditing, and training field. I am in the process of creating a DVD to answer healthcare billing basic questions like If I know something is wrong on a bill what do I do?, What type of secondary insurance do I need if I am about to start my Medicare, the medical office/hospital is refusing to correct a billing problem what do I do? I am looking for questions the public has as related to unpaid healthcare bills. I would appreciate any questions you either current have or had.
